Welcome to the official website (CARBOSS.COM.HK) of CAR BOSS LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "CAR BOSS"). 1. 個人資料之收集範圍 / Scope of Personal Data Collection

當您使用我們的網站、聯絡我們、或與我們簽訂任何車輛寄賣、買賣、收購（Trade-In）合約時，我們可能會收集您的以下資料：
When you use our website, contact us, or enter into any vehicle consignment, sales, purchase, or trade-in agreements with us, we may collect the following data:

基本個人資料 / Basic Personal Data：姓名、身份證明文件（身份證/公司註冊證明書）號碼、通訊地址、聯絡電話及電郵地址。
Name, identity document (HKID/CI) number, postal address, contact number, and email address.
車輛資料 / Vehicle Data：車輛登記號碼、廠名、型號、出廠及登記年份、底盤號碼、機器號碼、行車哩數、車況申報、牌簿正/副本、中港跨境行駛紀錄及「港車北上」備案紀錄。
Vehicle registration mark, make, model, year of manufacture/registration, chassis number, engine number, mileage, vehicle condition declarations, logbook (original/copy), Mainland-HK cross-border driving records, and "Northbound Travel for HK Vehicles" scheme records.
財務與保險資料 / Financial and Insurance Data：汽車融資/按揭分期貸款餘額、相關財務機構名稱、汽車保險單及索償紀錄。
Auto financing/hire purchase loan outstanding balance, name of financial institutions, motor insurance policies, and claim records.
電子通訊及認證資料 / Electronic Communications & Authentication Data：您與我們透過 WhatsApp、WeChat 或電子郵件進行交易確認時所發送的文字訊息、對話錄音、圖片及轉帳截圖。
Text messages, voice recordings, images, and transaction screenshots sent via WhatsApp, WeChat, or email for transaction confirmations.

2. 個人資料之使用目的 / Purposes of Using Personal Data

我們收集及保留您的個人資料，將嚴格用於以下與本公司汽車經銷業務直接相關的用途：
We collect and retain your personal data strictly for the following purposes directly related to our automotive dealership business:

合約履行與處理 / Contract Performance and Processing：辦理車輛寄賣、買賣、舊車收購（Trade-In）及電動車「一換一」稅費寬減計劃。
Processing vehicle consignment, sales, purchases, trade-ins, and the EV "One-for-One Replacement" Scheme.
代辦政府及第三方手續 / Agency Services with Government & Third Parties：向運輸署辦理車輛過戶（TD25）、留牌、領牌手續；向財務機構辦理貸款代辦或贖會手續；向保險公司查詢或投保汽車保險。
Handling ownership transfer (TD25), retention of registration mark, and licensing with the Transport Department; arranging finance/hire purchase or loan redemption with financial institutions; and inquiring about or arranging motor insurance.
宣傳與市場推廣 / Promotion and Marketing：推廣及展示寄賣車輛，但本公司在未取得您的明確同意前，不會向第三方披露您的個人聯絡資料。
Promoting and listing consigned vehicles, provided that the Company will not disclose your personal contact details to third parties without your explicit consent.
法律追討及合規 / Legal Recovery and Compliance：用於處理因失實陳述、違約行為所引致的法律訴訟、債務追討，以及配合執法部門依據《商品說明條例》等法例進行的調查。
Handling legal proceedings or debt collection arising from misrepresentation or breach of contract, and cooperating with law enforcement investigations under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance or other statutory requirements.

3. 個人資料之披露與轉移 / Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data

除法律要求或配合執法機關調查外，本公司承諾不會向任何與上述使用目的無關的第三方披露或出售您的個人資料。但在履行合約及提供服務之必要範圍內，我們可能會將資料轉移予：
Save as required by law or for law enforcement investigations, the Company undertakes not to disclose or sell your personal data to any third party unrelated to the aforementioned purposes. However, within the scope necessary for contract performance and service delivery, we may transfer data to:

相關政府部門（如運輸署、香港海關）；
Relevant government departments (e.g., Transport Department, Customs and Excise Department);
辦理按揭及贖會的銀行或財務機構；
Banks or financial institutions handling hire purchase and loan redemption;
汽車保險公司、公信驗車機構、律師事務所及債務追討代理機構。
Motor insurance companies, reputable vehicle inspection institutions, law firms, and debt collection agencies.

4. 電子認證與通訊效力聲明 / Validity of Electronic Authentication

根據香港法例第 553 章《電子交易條例》，用戶知悉並同意，凡經由您註冊或慣常使用之電話號碼向本公司發送之 WhatsApp、WeChat 確認訊息（包括文字、錄音及圖片）或轉帳截圖，均視為合法有效的電子簽章，具備完整之法律效力及約束力。
Pursuant to the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) of Hong Kong, users acknowledge and agree that any confirmation messages (including text, voice notes, and images) or transaction screenshots sent to the Company via WhatsApp or WeChat from your registered or customarily used phone number shall be deemed valid electronic signatures, possessing full legal effect and binding force.

5. 資料保安與保留期限 / Data Security and Retention Period

我們採取合理的保安措施，防止您的個人資料遭受未經授權的查閱、處理、刪除或遺失。您的個人資料只會保留至達到上述使用目的所需的時間，或法律法規所規定的期限為止。
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, processing, erasure, or loss. Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

7. 管轄權與語文優先 / Jurisdiction and Language Prevalence

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並依其詮釋。本聲明以中、英文雙語印製，若中、英文版本之間有任何歧義，概以英文版為準。
This Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This Statement is prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
