高速公路/城市快速路違法停車、未懸掛或故意遮擋號牌、準駕車型不符

Illegal parking on highways or expressways; Unmounted or intentionally obscured plates; Driving vehicles not permitted by license class.

違反道路交通信號燈通行（闖紅燈）、超速 20% 以上但未達 50%

Running a red light; Speeding by more than 20% but less than 50%.
