  • 港澳居民須知: 確保 App 登記的證件號（回鄉證/內地駕照）與車輛登記資料一致。Note for HK/Macau Residents: Ensure the ID registered in the App (Home Return Permit/Mainland License) matches the vehicle registration data.
  • 操作: 登錄後點選「違法處理」功能，選擇對應車輛及違規記錄，進行電子簽署確認處罰。Steps: Select "Violation Handling" ➜ Choose vehicle ➜ E-sign to confirm the penalty.
• 線下處理 (In-person):
